Alex Gens
Founder & Principal
Alex has always had an eye for design and style and saw a need for a different type of boutique styling shop in Vancouver. Created with the intention of being a one stop shop for busy professionals, Gens Interiors places emphasis on creating living spaces which convey personality and tell a story.
Alex loves to combine modern elements with antique details and prides herself in sourcing exceptionally unique pieces for her clients.
Not one to shy away from 'the art of the find', Alex can often be found sourcing art and antiquities at local markets or in Southern California.
VICTORIA ABADI
DESIGNER
Victoria completed her formal education in Interior Design through the Art Institute of Vancouver, supplemented by additional technical studies at B.C.I.T.
Victoria is both passionate & skilled in harmonizing and optimizing the use of interior spaces. Inspired by the natural landscape of the Pacific Northwest, architecture throughout history, and modern design marvels, she prides her work in it's clean, cohesive, efficient and timeless designs.
Whether it is for now, forever, or for sale; with Victoria you are in safe hands and can be confident in a successful (and stylish) result.
CARLING GRADLEY
DESIGNER
Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., Carling began her post secondary education at the University of Victoria. After gaining her Bachelors Degree in Urban Planning, and a quick stint travelling, she was still not satisfied and decided to turn her passion into reality by pursuing Interior Design as a career.
She has now recently completed her education at BCIT Institute of Technology and is settling into the industry, firmly believing that interiors can shape our life experiences and emotions.
At the end of each day, Carling loves to come home to cuddle her English Bulldog, Hugo. During her down time, you can always find her outdoors (mostly) rain or shine.
MELVIN BARROCAN

Melvin is a West Coaster through and through and loves the vibrancy and diversity that Vancouver offers.
A graduate of VCC's Office Administration program, he enjoys working alongside a tight knit team and excels at all things computer related. Melvin has a wealth of experience in the financial sector and also has a background in child education.
In his downtime, he can be found cruising Vancouver's West End and discovering new hot spots with his trusted sidekick, AC.
